Enclosure program for an assistive wearable
Low-volume enclosure production for a wearable assistive device, printed in recycled PET with a repeatable fit-and-finish process.
Client: NovelVisio
Details
The device needed enclosures in tens, not thousands, with a finish acceptable on a person’s face — and a supply chain that a small team could control.
Solution
G3D standardised a print, QC and finishing sequence on the Advanced line, with dimensional checks recorded per batch.
Results
Enclosure supply stopped being the constraint on the product schedule.
