Which G3D printer should I buy?
Size the machine by your largest part, not your average one. Add 20 mm of clearance per axis. If everything fits in 220 × 220 × 300 mm, the Starter is enough. If you print assemblies in one piece, look at the Advanced. If you need high-temperature materials, a heated chamber, or parts over 400 mm, the Industrial is the conversation to have.
Can I pay by card on the website?
Online card payment is enabled as soon as G3D connects a payment provider account (Payme, TBC Pay or Stripe). Until then, checkout supports bank transfer, invoice for companies, and cash on pickup — all of which work today.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Pickup in Tbilisi, courier inside Tbilisi, delivery across regions of Georgia, and international shipping. City delivery is free above 200 GEL.
What file formats can I upload for a quote?
STL, OBJ and 3MF. STL and OBJ are analysed in your browser for volume, bounding box and a material estimate. 3MF is accepted for quoting and will be mesh-analysed once the slicing service is connected.
How is the printing price calculated?
Material, machine time, energy, labour, depreciation, finishing, overhead, margin and VAT are each a parameter in the G3D Pricing Engine. The calculator shows every component, and G3D can change any of them without touching the code.
