Details
First-layer adhesion is the single most common failure in FDM printing, and off-the-shelf products are formulated for a general market, not for the machines and materials G3D runs every day.
Solution
G3D formulated an IPA-based promoter, a water-based version for enclosed chambers and shared spaces, a bed cleaner, and a matting spray for optical 3D scanning — then built the labels, volumes and packaging around them.
Results
The range is packed and labelled in Tbilisi. Hazard classification is being completed against a formal SDS before pictograms are treated as final.
