Gateway housings for a connected vending fleet
Enclosures and mounting hardware for IoT gateways fitted to a vending fleet, built around an Azure IoT Hub connection with remote firmware updates.

Details
The gateways had to be installed inside existing machines with no redesign of the machine itself, in tens of units, with a housing that survives heat, dust and vibration inside a vending cabinet.
Solution
G3D designed the housing around the board, printed brackets and covers in ABS on the Advanced line, and produced them in batches matched to the installation schedule.
Results
Hardware supply tracked the deployment schedule instead of setting it, and the fleet connection was managed remotely from day one.
